A MAN WAS SERIOUSLY BURNED AND ANOTHER WITH BURNS AFTER A GARAGE ON CENTRAL AVE IN BALDWIN BURSTS INTO FLAMES AFTER AN EXPLOSION. THE MAN WAS RUSHED TO THE BURN CENTER BY AMBULANCE. NUMEROUS AREA DEPARTMENTS RESPONDED TO FIGHT THE BLAZE.
